職位介紹: Job Description： Implementation of globally aligned BU quality strategy within the China region. Ensure execution of a systematic quality plan for customer projects in order to guarantee the quality, time and cost process for serial production. Management of project-related quality activities within the business division Exterior, in line with central quality regulations and regional specific standards. Secure qualification of Chinese supplier base, on time PPAP of purchase part. Verification of customer contracts and supply specifications with regards to quality-related contents Execution and control of all quality planning tasks in the development phase of the products Ensuring the achievement of customer-specific objectives China and the execution of all quality-relevant activities within the customer project and representation to the customer Ensuring and execution of the customer advanced product quality planning (APQP) and also for initial sampling and production/process releases (in line with PEP/PMH) Execution of the quality gate process (in line with PEP/PMH). Ensuring the risk assessment and deduction of appropriate quality assurance measures Execution of the Top-Q-processes with plants producing Exterior products and processing of escalated quality issues with the producing plants Support of the design of products and processes in line with environmental standards Ensuring the quality planning of purchased parts and PPAP release (in line with PEP/PMH) Support and control of part-specific escalated supplier issues with TEK Job Requirements： Engineering (university or college) with major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electro-technique, etc Eight to ten years in manufacturing environment and at least 5 years’ experience working as advance quality in a global multi-plant matrix organization or manufacturing environment. Experience in leadership. Strong understanding and ability to implement quality and lean principles and tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communications skills (oral and written), the ability to influence the behavior of peers and others outside the direct reporting line. Flexible to changes, ability to initiate and drive to full implementation. Strong data-driven, analytic and decision-making skills. Project management skills and experience. (Preferred) Ability to read and write English, multilingual preferred. (German)
